At Celestine Candles, each product is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the personal and scented nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are personal in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, room sprays, or diffusers that have been opened, used, or altered.
Room sprays and diffusers must remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for consideration.
Candles must be unused and unburned, with the wick intact, to be eligible for consideration.
Returns based on scent preference or fragrance sensitivity cannot be accepted once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Fragrance Sensitivity Disclaimer
Fragrance perception and sensitivity vary from person to person. While our scents are created with balance and restraint, we cannot guarantee individual satisfaction based on personal scent preference or fragrance sensitivity.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
