What makes Celestine Candles different?
Celestine Candles is rooted in the belief that scent can restore calm and balance. Each product is created with intention and restraint, inspired by spa rituals and moments of stillness. Our fragrances are designed to soothe rather than overwhelm, offering a gentle presence in everyday spaces.

Are your scents strong?
Our scents are intentionally balanced. They are crafted to softly enhance a space, creating a calming atmosphere rather than a heavy or overpowering fragrance.

I’m sensitive to fragrance. Are your products suitable for me?
Many customers with fragrance sensitivities find our products comfortable and gentle. However, scent perception is deeply personal. We recommend enjoying our products in well-ventilated spaces and discontinuing use if any discomfort occurs.

Do you use clean ingredients?
We use high-quality waxes and carefully selected fragrance oils, chosen for balance, performance, and a refined sensory experience. All Celestine products are handcrafted in small batches in Great Neck, New York, with close attention to quality, detail, and care.

Why does my candle have a frosted or textured appearance?
Because of the natural characteristics of our wax, you may notice frosting or a slightly textured, cloudy appearance along the edges of your candle. This is completely normal and does not affect performance or scent. Frosting is a natural feature of plant-based waxes and is a sign of their organic nature.


Candle Care

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
For the first burn, allow the candle to melt fully across the surface (approximately 2–3 hours). Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use to help maintain an even, steady burn.


Orders & Shipping

What is your processing time on orders?
Orders are thoughtfully prepared and typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended to ensure each order meets our quality standards. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

My address is incorrect on my order. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@thecelestinecandles.com with your order number and updated shipping details. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to make the change. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to update the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.


Returns & Policies

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of scented products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


Room Sprays & Diffusers

Are room sprays and diffusers sealed?
Yes. All room sprays and diffusers are sealed with a clear sticker to ensure freshness and quality. Once opened, these items are not eligible for return.

How long do room sprays last?
Longevity varies depending on usage and room size. A few sprays are typically sufficient to gently refresh a space.
